Food Science Training informs participants about and provides a framework for teaching Food Science in the career and technical education (CTE) classroom. The training is divided into six parts. Participants are expected to complete all six parts. Participants who successfully complete course activities and assessments earn 15 CPE credits per part for a total of 90 CPEs.
